Satisfaction Guarantee
Program Details
A customer can return a STIHL serial numbered unit to you, the selling STIHL Retailer, for a refund (including taxes) or an exchange within seven consecutive days of purchase. TS, TSA, GS, RE, RMI & RB units do not qualify for the seven day Satisfaction Guarantee Warranty. The unit must be returned to the original selling retailer.
The retailer sells the returned product as “used” and received a 10% credit of cost from Bryan Equipment Sales. The customer who is sold a used unit from this program must receive an Owner’s Manual and should fill out a Registration Card. A product returned and resold on the program has full warranty coverage.
The Satisfaction Guarantee Claim Form must be returned to Bryan Equipment Sales to receive a credit.

If a customer returns a unit, they will receive a personalized follow-up letter, a questionnaire asking for the reason they returned the unit, and a $5.00 coupon redeemable at participating STIHL Retailers. If you get one of these coupons, you should honor it and turn it into Bryan Equipment Sales for credit.
Provisions
The “STIHL Satisfaction Guarantee” only applies to STIHL serial numbered units. It does not apply to accessories, spare parts, expendable, or any other supplementary items. TS, GS, RMI & RB units do not qualify for the seven day Satisfaction Guarantee Warranty.
The “STIHL Satisfaction Guarantee” does not apply if the unit has been abused, misused, or neglected, or if the unit has been stolen or damaged by fire, water, wind, or acts of God. If the unit is returned for defect or failure, the unit must be handled under the regular guidelines of the warranty policy. Customers are requested to refer to their warranty for these guidelines.
All advertising that uses the “STIHL Satisfaction Guarantee” must state, “See your participating STIHL retailer for details,” in the advertisement.
STIHL reserves the right to renew, modify, or cancel this program at any time.
