This unique two-day training event is hosted at Bryan Equipment Sales and is designed to enhance product knowledge and sales floor etiquette utilizing the following concepts:
Uncover how to use a personal and repeatable sales process
Skillfully handle objections & angry customers
Recognize & leverage the effects of emotional intelligence
Identify different closing techniques through increased product knowledge
Bryan Equipment Sales offers STIHL Advocate sales training to all Apprentice Level Retailer personnel. Log into STIHL iCADEMY and complete the Apprentice Training Track to become eligible to attend.
All STIHL Retailers are expected to maintain enough Advocate trained staff to cover hours of operation.

Please note Cancellation Policy: A 48-hour notice to Bryan Equipment before the training date/time is required, or a no-show fee of $125 will be billed to the retailer.
